ABOUT ME

When I was young, my mother took me to the salon once a week. Every time we walked out, she had a smile on her face. Her whole being changed—light, vibrant, renewed. Raising six children, this was the only thing she did for herself to find balance and joy.

 

I decided then that I wanted to be the one who could bring that feeling to others. At seventeen, I went to hair school.

 

During my professional career, I traveled the world and won many awards. But the days were long—10 to 16 hours, seven days a week, owning two salons. At five months pregnant with my first child, I had an epiphany that changed everything.

 

In one moment, I recognized the toxic chemicals, the strain on my body, and the superficiality of the industry. I was suffering from eczema, asthma, ulcers, allergies, adrenal fatigue, and carpal tunnel. I needed change.

 

I studied Reiki, Yoga, Breathwork, Aromatherapy, Shamanism, NLP, Access Consciousness, and Sound Therapy. I became vegetarian, eliminated processed foods, and began reading ingredient labels. These modalities healed me—and I realized they could benefit my clients too.

 

I started incorporating everything I learned into my work. The Conscious Hairdresser was born.

 

Soon after, witnessing my clients' transformations, I recognized the potential for an entire industry to bring healing, harmony, and coherence to individuals, families, and communities. I set out on a mission to unite hairdressers around the world and inspire the change needed for our health and the health of our planet.
